- Depth of treads 14 cm
- Tread width 25 cm for opening width 62 cm
- Tread width 35 cm for opening width 71 cm
- Hatchbox made of plywood 19 mm, depth 24 cm,
  in unfinished state
- All around rubber seal
- Completely weight compensation at concertina stair
  and trapdoor
- Trapdoor closing by dead load, limited with gas springs
- Easy to fit wooden cover strips
